Per the event organizers, the speaking and sponsoring is operated "like church and state."
Speaking: We have been invited to send bios of potential speakers to the Speaker Subcommittee, which is made up of ACG member volunteers. The program for the next session is currently under development.
Sponsoring: That said, upon reviewing sponsoring options, several of the more expensive packages (minimum $36K, which also includes a bunch of other stuff) include the "opportunity to facilitate a small group discussion session on the topic of your choice." Confirmed sponsors for 2007 include Grant Thornton, KPMG, Allied Capital, Merrill Corporation and LaSalle Bank.
Suggest we send bios of Gerry (if he is interested) and/or any other potential Booz Allen speakers for earliest consideration by the Subcommittee. We can take a closer look at sponsoring opportunities (I have a lengthy document) at your covenience.
